Scope: Sub-Soil Drainage Clean and Survey
We were engaged to clean and survey the sub-soil drainage system and OSD tank servicing the plant rooms and emergency department, which had accumulated sandstone debris during construction works at the hospital. Access was conducted using Confined Space Entry Procedures. A combination of hydro blasting and Jet-Vac Recycler Unit was used to flush and vacuum the system, with CCTV survey completed using rod and tractor camera systems to confirm the system was in order and a report and sign-off was provided.
Scope: Conduit Remediation Works
The scope of works included the re-lining of conduits within the ASB Substation. De-watering of the HV pits was conducted using Jet-Vac Recycling Truck with access via Confined Space Entry procedures, followed by robotic cutting and grinding of the defective 100mm and 125mm conduits to remediate defective joints to allow cables to be installed. Once the conduits were prepared, sectional repairs were installed to bring the conduits back to order. A final CCTV survey of each conduit after the remediation works was completed and a report and sign-off was provided to our client.
